Last year, my grandchildren put together some Blessings Bags for me. These are bags with various necessities that I like to give to homeless people in lieu of cash. I gave one away yesterday, and the man's reaction was, "A blessing is what this is!" It was wonderful.

I rode my Hamboard to work for the first time! It was scary, exciting, fun! Loved it!

President Obama delivers the State of the Union address. It was a good speech, even if the Speaker of the House can't bring himself to applaud for higher employment, more people insured, higher stock market, or tax cuts for the middle-class.

Loved seeing my aunt Edna, and cousins Sue & Cindy today. Edna & Cindy have been visiting from Connecticut for the past week, and Sue has been hosting them in her home. Edna has always been my second mom, and Sue & Cindy have been sisters to me. I love them all very much!
